Program Description

As a Healthcare Management major, the Godbold College of Business will equip you with the fundamentals in planning, organizing, leading, staffing, and controlling within healthcare organizations. Students will also learn the fundamentals of marketing, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, and operations. Coupled with an emphasis on Christian business ethics, experiential learning with industry leaders, and healthcare internships at regional and national companies, the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management will offer you opportunities for reality-based education

In addition to the University’s required general education and prerequisites, the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management includes 36 credit hours in Broyhill Undergraduate School of Management core business courses, as well as 21 hours of Healthcare Management coursework.

Students in the Healthcare Management program will also be responsible for completing an internship or practicum in Healthcare Management.
