Program Description

As part of the degree students will be equipped with a broad range of general business knowledge focused on financial viability, investments, and practical application of statistical financial analysis.

Consistent with an emphasis on Christian business ethics, the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance provides ample opportunities for students to make an impact on local, regional and national enterprises through internships and club participation.

In addition to the University’s required general education and prerequisites, the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance includes 36 credit hours in Broyhill Undergraduate School of Management core business courses, as well as 24 hours of Economics and Finance coursework including mandated classes in operations and financial management.

 

This degree plan is an example of student progression through the program. Academic departments reserve the right to alter the term in which a course is offered.
