BS Computer Science - TUG
Gardner-Webb University's BS Computer Science Program will provide you with a high-quality liberal arts education in the art and science of computing; to ensure that the students have a solid foundation in the core concepts, equip them with problem solving and decision-making skills, and prepare them for lifelong learning in the discipline; and to prepare the graduates to make significant contributions for God and humanity by teaching them how to create and implement the latest computing technologies for the betterment of society.
In addition to the University’s required general education and prerequisites, the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science requires 36 additional credit hours, including 30 hours of specific coursework and six additional credit hours. A mathematics minor is recommended to supplement the major.
This degree plan is an example of student progression through the program. Academic departments reserve the right to alter the term in which a course is offered.
