AS Nursing TUG
Program Description
The Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) is a 2-year, on-campus program, completed over five semesters. This program starts annually in August. You will earn your ASN following the successful completion of 71 credit hours, composed of 42 credit hours of nursing courses. You’ll earn real-world experience through a 120-hour focused client care experience during your last semester. Students that have already completed their general education courses, may be eligible to take additional nursing courses in the Davis RN-BSN program, which will fast-track program requirements for students desiring to complete their BSN. Students who successfully complete the ASN program and pass the NCLEX-RN, may be seamlessly admitted into the Davis RN-BSN program.
This degree plan is an example of student progression through the program. Academic departments reserve the right to alter the term in which a course is offered.
