EDCI 734 Reform and Change Theory
This course supports candidates in their curricular and instructional leadership by applying change theory principles. Topics include collaborative leadership practices, implications of creating and sustaining organizational change, and the use of change theory in professional learning. The course is the third in the EdD in Curriculum and Instruction program. This course and the evidence associated with it align with TLMS 3 and TLMS 7.
