EDCI 732 Issues and Models in Curriculum
This course supports candidates in understanding adult learning theory and facilitates growth in impacting teachers’ professional learning, student learning, and outreach within diverse communities. Topics for this semester include leading adults in equity initiatives and plans for family and/or community engagement, practical applications of understanding school/site culture, and examination of the history of curriculum development and current issues surrounding curricular leadership. The second course is in the EdD in Curriculum and Instruction program. This course and the evidence associated with it align with TLMS 6 and TLMS 7.
