EDCI 730 Organizational Theory and Needs Assessment
This course supports candidates in utilizing organizational theory to deepen their understanding of curriculum and instruction needs. The course facilitates the broadening of candidates' perspectives on systemic change, focusing on identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and collaborative processes to support educator development and student learning. The course is the first in the EdD in Curriculum and Instruction program. This course and the evidence associated with it align with TLMS 1 and TLMS 7.
