NURS 767 Primary Care Management IV (Pediatrics)

Advanced practice knowledge and skills needed in the delivery of comprehensive health care that assesses and manages the continuum of primary health care needs of children in diverse populations. Emphasis will be on development of sound clinical judgment and decision-making utilizing evidence-based research and practices in the care of children, from birth to adolescence. Includes patient centered care, health promotion, cultural knowledge, ethics, and legal issues.
