Program Description
The Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design prepares students for careers in creative industries by providing a foundation in visual communication, digital media, and design principles. Students gain experience in print and digital design, typography, web publishing, and portfolio development, supported by coursework in studio art and communication.

Students majoring in Graphic Design will:
1. apply principles of design, typography, color, and composition to create visual solutions that effectively communicate messages across diverse media and audiences;
2. demonstrate technical proficiency in industry-standard design software and production techniques necessary for both print and digital environments;
3. employ research, conceptual development, and critical analysis to produce original design work that reflects creative problem solving and contextual awareness;
4. demonstrate professionalism through collaboration, time management, and adherence to ethical standards and intellectual property laws within the design field.
