PIAN 100 Class Piano 1

This course is the first in a two-semester sequence designed to develop piano proficiency among music majors and minors. Functional skills of sight-reading, transposition, and harmonization are included, as well as the understanding and mastery of appropriate scales, arpeggios, and repertoire. This one-credit course meets twice a week and can be repeated for credit.
