EXSI 347 Exercise Physiology

This course introduces the acute and chronic physiological responses to exercise. Emphasis is placed on the muscular, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems, and how they adapt to different modes, intensities, and durations of exercise. Clinical and applied perspectives are integrated to support professional goals in rehabilitation, health, and performance fields.
