HSE 406 Homeland Security II

This course provides a comprehensive examination of emergency and crisis management, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations. Students will explore the foundational concepts and practical applications of crisis management, contingency planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and emergency response. Through analysis and applied learning, the course emphasizes how these elements integrate in real-world scenarios.

In addition, the course traces the evolution of U.S. disaster policy and its influence on contemporary emergency management practices.
