While some English courses may fulfill General Education and major requirements (ENGL 211, ENGL 212, ENGL 231, ENGL 232, ENGL 240, ENGL 251, ENGL 252, and ENGL 270), credit hours for those courses can only be counted toward General Education or the English major.
