NURS 460 Essentials of Nursing Management and Leadership
This course introduces the student to a synthesis of leadership/ management theories within health care agencies and organizations. Emphasis is placed on the leading/managing behaviors of the professional nurse as an individual and a group member in a variety of settings. This is a Writing Intensive course that meets the Tier Three second course (WI3) requirement according to Gardner-Webb University's Writing Intensive Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
