MPAS 504 Applied Human Anatomy
MPAS 504 Applied Human Anatomy is a broad survey course with detailed examination of all structural aspects of the human body. Anatomy is presented by body regions to allow students to assimilate the regions in an organized and logical fashion. This course focuses on recognition of structural arrangements and relationships, correlation with radiographic images, and clinical applications of topographic, radiographic, and gross anatomy to the day-to-day practice of medicine. Emphasis is on knowledge of normal anatomic structures, common anatomic variations, and anatomic pathology as it applies to effective diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic intervention.
