Examples of potential topics include theory of financial intermediation and bank uniqueness, bank regulation, contracting in public versus private markets, credit rationing, universal banking, credit channel of monetary policy, capital structure, bankruptcy and reorganization, payment policy, capital acquisition, and corporate control. May be repeated for credit when content varies.
