The Biology minor contains courses with specific prerequisites; therefore, please refer to the individual course listings to determine if prerequisites apply to a specific course and when these courses are offered by the Department.

Students should select any additional four-hour biology course at or above the 200-level.
Note: Students cannot use classes required for their major to fulfill this minor.  In particular, several Biology classes count towards the Exercise Science major, so minoring in biology would require taking additional classes.

Note: Due to overlap in course requirements, this minor is not suitable for Biology (either general or biomedical track) or Biochemistry majors.
