GERM 201 Real World German: Let's Go!
This course is for students who have completed three or four semesters of high school German or
GERM 102. The course covers a complete review of the basics, including controlling narration in the present and past tenses, interacting in German, and basic vocabulary. Students will further develop their German skills by learning to hypothesize and plan for the future. They will learn to function better in the German speaking countries, developing a facility for language use that will aid them in their interactions with German-speaking people. They will be able to give options and advice, and make basic preparations for working with German speaking people and cultures. Prerequisites:
GERM 102 or 3 or more semesters of high school German.
