CSCI 445 Machine Learning

This class will familiarize students with a broad cross-section of models and algorithms for machine learning, and prepare students for research or industry application of machine learning techniques. Topics will include supervised learning techniques like parametric/nonparametric learning, neural networks and support vector machines and unsupervised learning techniques like clustering and dimensionality reduction. Students will implement machine learning algorithms is a modern programming language like Python.
