MGMT 330 Industrial Supervision and Labor Relations

Explores the process and techniques of accomplishing organizational objectives through others. Topics include effective use of praise and rewards, effective discipline, leadership, use of feedback, behavior modification, human relations, and labor relations/collective bargaining. Prerequisite: MGMT 316. 3 credit hours.
